Goss Rental's Rental Agreement appears in full on your packing list. Your acceptance of equipment is acceptance of our Rental Terms. Rental will be charged at the lowest applicable rate.

Rates
Rental prices on all equipment are based on:
8 hours per day
40 hours per week
175 hours per month
which allows for periods of idleness. If your job requires 8-16 hours per day operation, the rate will be 1 1/2 times the listed price and for 16-24 hours the rate will be 2 times the listed rate.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Use
Equipment rented from us has a specific purpose and is to be used only for that designed prupose.

Maintenance and Lessee Responsibilites
As Renter, you are responsible for all insurance protection and maintenance while the equipment is in you possession. Renter agrees to maintains equipment in same condition as received and to pay for any cleaning or repairs other than normal wear and tear. This maintenance includes normal preventive maintenance as outlined in the Owner/Operator Manual, as well as replacement for expendable items such as fuel, oil, air filters, air/oil separators, coolants, lubricants, spark plugs and others.

Delivery Policy
We offer the finest delivery fleet to service your needs. Minimum delivery charge will be $15.00 for delivery or pickup within a 20 mile radius. Delivery farther than 20 miles will be charged at $1.00 per mile.
